Send a request

Use the site's support tickets to send a correction, report a site problem or ask a privacy question. This route requires signing in to a site account. Include the page URL, a short explanation and supporting links when reporting a factual error.

This site does not currently publish a separate support email address or telephone number. We do not promise a response time. Do not include passwords, game login details or other sensitive information in a ticket.

Game-account support

We cannot restore game accounts, issue game refunds or make expired codes work. Use the official developer or platform support link for those requests. Our articles link to official game pages where available.
